Allie Spomer, LPC, is an Arizona resident who specializes in providing mental health counseling for Children, Adolescents, Teens, and Young Adults (ages 6-26).
For in-office therapy sessions, Allie uses a playroom for children and utilizes evidenced based Play Therapy modalities. Allie also does in-person EMDR Therapy sessions for those who would benefit from this effective treatment style as needed in conjunction with other talk-therapy methods.
For the telehealth virtual therapy sessions (which is always an option instead of or in addition to in-person sessions), Allie utilizes a variety of online-friendly Play Therapy games and other interactives to keep children and adolescents fully engaged. EMDR Therapy is also successful virtually!
